I have to admit, snow days are probably the best time to have fun with your cupcake experiments!

This cupcake was created after being stuck at home for the third day in a row.

A chocolate/peanut butter cupcake with chocolate/peanut butter/coffee icing.

And yes it taste just as delicious as it sounds. :)

A very nice Co-Worker of mine wanted me to make her some cupcakes for her Birthday, this is what we came up with; Banana cupcake with peanut butter icing. If you love Bananas and Peanut Butter than this is the cupcake combo for you!!!

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 4 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1/3 cup cream

Direction:

• Beat butter and peanut butter until light and fluffy.
• Slowly beat in 1/2 of the confectioner's sugar.
• Mix in 1/4 cup of the cream. Beat in the remaining confectioners' sugar.
