For my Niece's Birthday I made her some yummy cupcakes.
The cupcake flavor was devil's food with marshmallow icing and topped it with pink and purple sprinkles.
This was the first time making marshmallow icicng and thought it was amazing!!
Marshmallow Icing
Ingredients:
v 4 sticks of unsalted butter, at room temp.
v 2 cups of confectioners’ sugar
v ½ tsp of vanilla extract
v One 16oz tub of marshmallow cream
Directions:
v Beat the butter until creamy
v Slowly beat in sugar until fluffy
v Beat in vanilla, then stir in marshmallow cream until well blended
